Silver Streak Wholesale Ordering Information

Please note: In order to purchase from Silver Streak at wholesale prices, you must have a valid state or local retail sales license or tax ID number. Failure to provide sales license information will result in sales tax being adding to your order.

Silver Streak is a wholesale distributor of tumbled stones, minerals, jewelry and gifts. We do not publish a retail catalog or operate any retail store locations. None of our products are Indian produced or an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian or Indian tribe or Indian arts and crafts organization as defined by 25 U.S.C. - § 305 et seq.

Hours of Operation: Our showroom is open Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Whenever you are in the Phoenix area please stop in to see what’s new.

Ordering: WholesaleOrders can be placed by mail, phone - toll free at 800-526-9990, Fax (480) 894-6037, or you may email our sales staff. Please use item numbers when ordering. All custom name drops and imprinting will require a 50% deposit for new customers and COD customers.

Minimum Order: Our minimum wholesale order is $100.00 (a $10.00 under minimum charge will apply to all orders under this amount.)

Payment Terms: All orders will be sent COD Certified Funds unless a completed and approved credit application has been filed with Silver Streak Ind. We also accept Visa and Mastercard when a credit card authorization form has been completed. Due to security concerns credit card orders are not accepted by e-mail. Please phone or fax your credit card order. Foreign orders please pay by either credit card, cashiers check, money order or direct wire transfer in U.S. dollars.

Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS regular ground service unless otherwise specified. UPS Orange, Blue and Red Label services are also available at additional cost. A $5.00 handling fee will be added to orders requesting any U.S. Mail service. NOTE: Your first COD order will be shipped UPS ground service only.

Damages or Shortages: Any claim for damages or merchandise shortages must be made immediately upon receipt of merchandise, otherwise the claim may be denied. You must save ALL packaging materials in order for credit to be issued.

Returns: Please call for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. Any returns made without prior approval will be refused.
